In addition to a robust and deeply entrenched background in culture, travel and media, Shana Ting Lipton has also navigated the worlds of business journalism, branded content and law. With two UK law degrees under her belt, as well as digital marketing and branded content experience in the business orbit, she has a firm grasp of some of today's key global commercial issues and stakeholder concerns.

Lipton brings commercial legal nous, technical research, writing and editing skills, creative strategic thinking and experience interviewing law partners, judges, policymakers and executives to the world of commercial and branded content production.
Campaigns for CNN's international brand studio have engaged her skills
conceptualizing, researching, editing and writing native articles and videos for international clients seeking to address audiences consisting of the C-suite, risk managers, global stakeholders and CNN readers/viewers.
She contributed to creative strategy on one of CNN's global campaigns for Kazakhstan's renewable energy themed world expo. This is a featured case study on the CNN International Commercial website launched in 2018.
Digital articles and related videos produced for client Zurich Insurance were published on the firm's website, on a CNN micro-site, and on the dedicated the hubs of campaign partners Bloomberg and Financial Times.
She has worked with the native content arm of pan-European broadcaster and digital publisher Euronews NBC. Clients have included Copernicus, the EU's flagship Earth-monitoring program, the Polish Investment and Trade Agency, the European Patent Office and Beijing Tourism.
Lipton is now a Creative Writer at Storytelling, the in-house content production team set up to tell the story of Lloyds Banking Group's three year £3 bn digital transformation through internal and external channels.

LEGAL PRACTICE CERTIFICATION AND COMMERCIAL LAW WRITING
In 2012, with years of international experience in journalism and branded content to her name, Lipton embarked on four years of part-time evening law classes, culminating in: a Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) from University of Westminster (with commendation) and later a post graduate diploma in legal practice (LPC) from BPP (with distinction) — both London, UK institutions.
Her additional area in GDL was privacy law; and LPC electives: commercial law and intellectual property (IP), advanced commercial litigation, and media law.
Lipton's legal studies have bolstered her existing media skills — garnered through a highly successful career in international journalism, effectively providing a rare and privy understanding of media, business and the laws which underpin these areas.
