With political risk claims and geopolitical uncertainty increasing, Zurich's David Anderson and The Atlantic Council's Mathew Burrows talk risk scenario analysis and mitigation.

Today’s increasingly unpredictable global political risks are deeply interconnected with the economic environment and if crystalized, could have significant effects on businesses. Zurich Insurance Group and the Atlantic Council have produced Our World Transformed: Geopolitical Shocks and Risks 2017, a new report which surveys a number of possible future scenarios and their sociopolitical and economic consequences. In this video, David Anderson, Executive Vice President and Managing Director Credit & Political Risk, Zurich Insurance Group, and Dr. Mathew J. Burrows, Director, the Atlantic Council’s Strategic Foresight Initiative, speak about the benefits and pitfalls of the most pressing geopolitical risks and how companies and governments can prepare for them.
